Can I confirm that my team is registered?
A: You can see that your team is registered by logging in online at sportsmonster.net and checking your profile.
How do I create a roster and invite others to play on my team?
A: Captains can build their rosters through their profile by logging into sportsmonster.net.
First, select the team you are captaining under "Current Teams", then "Add Player" at the bottom to send player invitations to join your team. Those invited will be required to create a Sports Monster login (if not currently a Sports Monster website member), then will be able to accept or decline your team invitation.
ALL players must be invited to the team by the captain AND accept the online invitation in order to be listed on the team roster.
Roster checks will be performed at various times during the regular season and playoffs. So captains…MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM ROSTER IS COMPLETE! All players who participate in a minimum of two games must be listed on a team's roster and to be eligible for the playoffs. Any players that have not accepted the online invitation by the LAST GAME OF THE SEASON will not be eligible to participate in league playoffs. Rosters are open and able to be edited until the last week of regular season. A photo ID may be required at the park during check in.
When will my schedule come out?
A: When you register a team, you will receive follow-up on first game time. Full schedules are posted up on/by Week 2.
Can I change my team name?
A: You can change your team name by just letting us know! No vulgar or offensive team names are allowed.
Does Sports Monster provide the equipment to play?
A: Depending on the sport, Sports Monster will provide the basic equipment to play. For softball, players need to bring their own gloves and bats. For tennis, players need to bring their own racquets, etc.
What is the maximum players on a roster?
A: There is NO maximum roster. Each player over the Standard Team Size can be added for a $15 fee. If you are having difficulty adding players, let us know.
